Everything you need to know about our permanent lighting systems
The Kelvin scale for lights allows us to evaluate a bulb's color temperature measured in degrees of Kelvin on a scale between 1000 to 10,000. This dictates the look and feel of each individual bulb. Typical Kelvin temperatures used in commercial and residential environments range from 2000K to 6000K.
Yes. We have lights that are IC coded to provide 'warm white'. This is the softer white light between 2700-3000 on the kelvin scale of light temperature. A 6000K light is similar to bright daylight.
We are a Texas based company and focused on doing business in the continental USA. Our lighting products can be shipped anywhere in the US and we have strategic partners located throughout the US. IC stands for Internal Circuit. Smart LED lights have specific IC coding that allows the controller and the light to communicate giving you the capability to control each lamp individually.
Yes. Our lights can be installed together in different combinations provided they have the same IC coding. This allows for the ultimate in customization of your backyard, permanent, and landscape lighting.
The LED bulbs have an average life expectancy of 50,000 hours. Over 5+ years of life if left on 24/7!
IP stands for 'ingress protection' which is a universally accepted measurement of varying degrees for dust and liquid resistance. An IP67 rating means that the lights are 100% protected from dust, and can withstand temporary immersion in water. IP68 means the lights have 100% protection from dust and are protected from continuous immersion in water. Our lights have IP67, and IP68 ratings depending on the style of the light.
Installation time depends on the size and complexity of the install as not all houses or backyards are created equal. Generally speaking, an average permanent lighting install can be completed in a single day. For custom lighting designs in the backyard it depends on the size, complexity, and the style of lighting to be installed. Generally speaking though, custom installations can be completed in 1-2 days on average.
